Vapor Phase technology

Using vapor phase technology, components will never be overheated. Due to the vapor phase of the Galden the temperature is constant (230°C) and uniformly distributed which prevents temperature variations in the pcb PCB during soldering. This technology also prevents oxygen during the soldering process which reduces the “voiding” effect to an absolute minimum.
